Urban Scoped Rifle

Urban Scoped Rifle series is a three-part series specifically for semi-automatic rifles. This course is designed to hone the student’s ability to engage multiple targets utilizing a scoped rifle.  This  training evolution focuses on building precision rifle fundamentals with a semi-auto rifle platform. Areas of focus will include rapid range estimation, reticle usage (including holdovers & holdunders), weapon manipulation, and fostering decision making skills.  Students will engage multiple targets out to 1000 yards, depending on their weapon system capabilities and their projectile. Shooting positions for this course will focus on prone as well as alternate positions to properly build a student’s core capabilities. Classroom study and instruction includes: Fundamentals, Rifle Operations, Optics and Reticle usage, Ballistics, Ballistic Calculator setup and employment, Wind reading and corrections, Moving target engagement, and more!
